Tried busting out a sketch on 23rd today but it got away from me. Suffered from a flat composition but really fell to the gutter when I tried splashing colors on it!YOU WIN SOME YOU LOSE SOME.

Thundercats? Huh?

Over at the Re-Drawn blog, the topic for the first half of the month was Thundercats. Since I somehow completely missed this cartoon when I was younger, I am not exactly sure who this dood is. But I chose him because it's Fall and I wanted to kill two birds with one stone - 1.) Make drawing for blog and 2.) Get into Halloween spirit!Feels nice to be in Portland this year and to have Autumn back. Sarasota is beautiful but I missed trees turning red and having an excuses to drink hot chocolate at every possible opportunity.

Saturday afternoon! Stumptown coffee, a few cigars and an endless stream of beautiful ladies running past all accompanied me throughout this doodle. That's the Hawthorne Bridge in the foreground and I'm sitting right by the big grassy part of Waterfront Park. Laid back!!!

Once again!

Greetings -

Hope everyone has been stupendous since we spoke last. I have been animating like the dickens at Laika during the day and falling in love with Portland during the not-day (Hence lack of posts!) It has been glorious and I feel freaking dynamite. And now, I am ready to get back to making this blog hott.

Here's a version of the turtles I did for the Re-Drawn blog. My friends over there were kind enough to invite me and it's been nothing but fun times. New posts and topics announced on the 1st and 15th of every month -Hope you like! Expect regular dumpings from me into the blogosphere once more. Time to get down with cyberspace like holy-cow!! Want this to be finding everyone well and call me if we haven't spoke in forever! We should be friends.
